the Training Course "Eastern Express", will be held in Kaliningrad Region (Russian Federation) from 4 till 10 of May.
The training will be aimed at rising quality of Youth Exchanges within Action 3.1 of Youth in Action (YiA) programme, especially in cooperation between Programme and Eastern Europe and Caucasus (EECA) regions.
The Training Course is co-organised by Lithuanian and Polish NAs together with SALTO EECA.
